Ken Reali – President & CEO

Mr. Reali joined Clinical Innovations in June of 2015. He is a healthcare business executive with broad experience in product development, global marketing, commercialization and sales of medical devices. Ken has a strong background in market analysis, reimbursement strategy, regulatory and clinical affairs, new product development, sales force optimization and domestic and international product commercialization. He has specialty experience working with medical societies, patient advocacy groups, governmental agencies, public and private insurance companies, investor relations, capital funding, business development and strategy development including strategic planning and acquisitions. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with Biomet, Stryker, Smith & Nephew and Baxano Surgical prior to joining Clinical Innovations. He also serves as a Director for AdvaMed, Accel and Ossio Integrative Orthopedics.

Ross McQuivey, M.D. – Chief Medical Officer

Dr. McQuivey has been with CI since 2003 and leads the company’s medical affairs, educational activities as well as research and development. He is an OB and a well-recognized expert in field of vacuum delivery. He received his MD from The University of Utah School of Medicine and is an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member at Stanford University School of Medicine.

Steve Cash – Senior VP. Global Sales

Mr. Cash joined CI in February 2011 and has 33 years of medical device experience and 21 years of sales leadership in the space. He joined from Tri-anim Health Services and previously held senior sales roles at Medical Action Industries, Cardinal Health, Baxter, and American Hospital Supply.

Jeff Bradford – VP. Global Marketing

Mr. Bradford joined CI in November 2013 and has more than 20 years experience in the medical device industry. Prior to CI, he held various sales and marketing roles for CI, Glenveigh Medical, Neoventa Medical, Worldspan, and Northwest Airlines.

Glenn Weatherley – General Manager-Europe

Mr. Weatherley joined CI in July 2016 and has nearly 40 years of experience in medical device and diagnostics industries. He has previously held various management positions at Insulet Corporation, Hologic, Cytyc Corporation and NueroMedical Systems. Before transitioning to medical device distribution and business development, Weatherley spent 17 years in biomedical science specializing in laboratory diagnostics and cellular pathology at Dryburn Hospital Durham and Newcastle General Hospital.
